OPTION A
VNA First offers a one-day implementation training in Chicago with the purchase of at least twenty diagnoses. You may send up to 2 people to this training at no additional charge except your travel expense. The next dates for this training are currently scheduled for:

October 30, 2001
November 13, 2001
December 18, 2001

Please call the Home Care Steps® Information Desk at (708) 579-2292 with any questions or to place your reservation for class. We suggest that you reserve your class attendance before making travel arrangements as dates can occasionally change and the class may already be full. We will be happy to fax you hotel and other travel information. 

In order to assist you with travel arrangements, training starts at 9:00 a.m. but the training site is open at 8:00 a.m. Training is scheduled to be completed by 4:00 to 4:30 p.m.

OPTION B
Note: For purchasers who would like to include more of their staff in the implementation training and/or consultation, we also offer onsite (your location) sessions for a reasonable fee and travel expenses.
