Ordering Information

Thank you for your interest in receiving ordering information.

We believe a strong critical pathway system is absolutely essential to home health agencies as they prepare for PPS, OASIS reporting and JCAHO ORYX requirements. We already know from many of our users that their use of the pathways made them much better prepared to handle PPS as well as improving their ability to define their care and document their outcomes.

Our critical pathways provide a strong quality-oriented basis for working within the changing home care environment.

Just some notes on ordering:

We have tried to make ordering our pathways as flexible as possible. You can order as many pathways as you need or you can order the entire system. The most cost effective way is to order the entire system by using Order Form - Full System(*Please note: you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to print this form.  If you need to download this software, please click here).

If you do not want to order the entire system, use the Order Form-Individual Diagnoses.
(*Please note: you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to print this form.  If you need to download this software, please click here).

If you use the Individual Diagnoses Order Form, the following is important to note:

If you order at least 20 pathways, you receive a discount, an implementation manual and free attendance at our training class in Chicago. This is because we think a HHA needs at least 20 pathways to begin implementation. (There is even a bigger discount when you buy at least 40 pathways.) Purchasing the full system is the most cost effective -- it is discounted nearly 40% over buying the pathways individually.

A few pathways (MSS, SLP, and Infusion Standard with CoSteps) are priced a little higher due to both the complexity of development and testing and the amount of material provided.

We do look forward to hearing from you and we hope this material helps make your decision-making process a little easier.

Thanks again for your interest! Please feel free to e-mail or call us with any questions.
